WILLSTRONG Aluminum Panel is made of high quality rust-free aluminum alloy in thickness of 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, and width up to 1900mm, length up to 6000mm. The finished aluminum veneer include decorative aluminum panel, reinforcing rib and aluminum angle.
The aluminum angle can be made of aluminum panel by stamping, bending and riveting on the returned side. While the reinforcing rib should be integrated with the aluminum panel by welding and screws, so as to ensure the the aluminum panel presenting flatness, withstanding strong wind load and offering safety when encounter earthquake. Acoustic and thermal insulation can be achieved by adding sound and thermal insulation materials on inner side of the panel.
